I had a torn ACL. There is NO CHANCE, 100% no way he is coming back this season. It's 6 months recovery minimum.

I feel terrible for the guy. As soon as I saw the replays of that I knew it was gonna be bad news.

Question for the Nets fans, has he already been signed to a 4th year? Only thing worse than this injury would be the uncertainty of not having a team behind you.

imagine having that ACL being torn.

KRstic has already repeated that he would love to play for the Nets even if it means he plays for less money

Toronto or New York winning the Atlantic. Wow, that is one sad division. Nets better hope they can win the lottery or its another wasted season.

with Jason Kidd willing the team, this will not be a lottery team.

look no further than 04-05.

Carter put the Nets on his shoulders, Kidd willed the team, KRstic was averaging a mere 10PPG, and RJ was out. with a crappy bench and Jason Collins, they managed to get the job done. barely.

Theres a huge difference between now and 2004/2005. Kidd is only getting older, and hes knees are questionable. Carter/RJ are both injury prone as well. Most importantly, the Raps and the Knicks are better then they were in 2004/2005 (talent wise), and so is the rest of the conference (even though comparably, they are still JV league compared to the west). The Nets need to depend on their young talent instead of the vets so Marcus Williams and Wright has to step it up.

Kidd is older yet he is a walking triple double, still can play good defense, and is the East assist leader?

Carter injury prone? you are thinking of his Toronto days. has he sat out extended games since he came to the Nets?

RJ injury prone? this ankle stuff is starting to catch up to him.. that I will admit.

I agree with the rest of your statements.

but it was the idea that the Nets can still rally with or without a trade as long as they put their minds to the matter and perform 100% night in and night out and simply be consistent
