Default Has an organization ever handled a firing so unprofessionally?

Blatt signs on to team who just drafted 1st overall, takes team to the Finals in his first year, they have injuries in year two and he leads them to 1st seed, but his players all undermine him, Bron overrules his authority in games then you have the GM sitting in on film sessions just to force the issue of criticizing Bron cause Blatt won't.

All the while this is going on the Cleveland front office is working out a multi year deal with his assistant, who gets hired on and says they should force Blatt to coach in the all star game "one last time"

O/U 2 years until Cleveland implodes and Dan Gilbert throws 120M towards John Calipari?

2 years is a generous title window that you're giving them, IMO

Bron is the most stubborn player I've ever seen.

For as bad a coach as Spo was, I'm so glad he was told suck it up, shit ain't changing, make it work while he was at the Heat.
Bizarre that he left, or at the very least didn't change his outlook permanently about how a team should be handled, and how he should act in a team.

I truly believe Lebron is a great team player and does all he can for his team, but if you're not in that clique in the team, then you're in trouble. Blatt clearly never got given a chance. He is 10 times the coach Spo is, and Bron was able to make it work in Miami with him.

I would really enjoy seeing Blatt get a chance with a young team like the Wolves or Lakers next season

I'd take him on the Heat. Surely they're thinking coaching change with how bad this season and last went.
