Boy, Laimbeer was a jerk, wasn't he? I bet opposing team's fans loved nothing more than watching him get served every now and again. He was very well versed in drama, different than the way most players act. Equal parts flopping, maliciousness, and productivity.

Also, it's tough to say this about someone who was elbowed in the face, but young Scottie sometimes seemed to really milk some injuries. When Rodman's shoe hit his cheek, it almost seemed like he was staying down to prove a point. But again, very tough for me to say without being the one actually catching a shoe to the cheek.

    Those were the days.

Around 1990 I thought the Bulls would never be able to get past the Pistons with really just MJ doing the one man army thing. Then the Pistons got old, Pippen and Grant took the leap, and the rest is history.
