in one of the countless articles about the firing i was reading something about how the next nets coach should try to bring back the running game with harris acting in the kidd role. but i really don't know if that's possible with our current personnel. kidd - kittles - RJ - kmart were one of the greatest running tandems in the history of the game. it played right into their individual strengths and made sense as a unit.
scott... i don't know about that either. other than coaching some teams with good records, i've never been particularly blown away by his coaching abilities. i don't see anything that he does particularly well, although i'm just a basketball fan, not someone working on the inside.
one thing that did impress me about scott recently is that CP3 said he felt that scott was worth keeping, not firing. speaking as the MVP of that team, that carries some weight with me.
