Nuggets and Raptors have only played 6 and 7 home games, respectively
Two teams that people had high hopes for this season were the nuggets and raptors. but sadly, both teams havent met that expectation. So i decided to look at their schedule so far this season and realized out of the 20+ games played this season, 15 of those games have been on the road.
Knowing this, how do you think both of these teams will finish by the end of the year. Are raptor fans still confident of a play off seed? Do nuggs fans stilll think their team can get homecourt advantage in the early rounds of the play offs?

The Raptors will still probably stink. They just aren't a very good team.
Denver, though, I can see them getting hot and going on a tear later in the season, an working their way back up tot he 5-7 range in the West. If everyone meshes on top of that, then it's not out of the question (I guess) for them to get a top 4 seed in the West, but I just don't see it. I think the Spurs, Grizzlies, and Thunder are clearly better than them, and the good version of the Clippers are, too.

Denver has always struggled on the road and have been one of the best home teams in the entire league for quite awhile. No doubt they way they try and run and the altitude comes into play for opposing teams, Denver's just a tough area to play.
I have no idea what happens down the line but Denver's struggling right now and the fact that they've had a brutal schedule and haven't really had a home stand is not helping anything. On a stretch right now where they're playing 5 straight road games.
It's kinda crazy, they've had back to back home games once so far. First home game of the season was mixed in with a back to back on the road the next day. 6 home games, only 1 loss that was too Miami.
They have a really nice stretch in January. That'll probably decide what happens with their season.

Might have just been raptor fans, but there was talk of them being at least an 8th seed in the playoffs. But now its looking like the thunder are gonna find themselves with a nice little lottery pick.
