You must not have seen the greatest and most realistic movie of all time. A riveting true story about the history of mankind

While I agree with most of your post, I have to say that NCFOM is one of the most overrated movies of this decade, imo. TWBB cracked my top 5 ever and pushed Pulp Fiction to #6 (P.T. Anderson, yay), but NCFOM is a terribly directed, painfully slow-developing story with a pseudo-intellectual moral at the end (with excellent acting, though).
Just because a lot of people liked the movie doesn´t make it good, otherwise Hannah Montana would be a great show.

I agree w/ those that say NCOM is overrated. I heard such great things about it and was VERY dissapointed. I hear you need to watch it more than once, but I'm not going to waste my time watching it again. I can't believe it won an Oscar.

I can understand why some people don't view No Country as great. Let's face it, the ending throws some off. But it's a fairly entertaining flick at the LEAST. I also believe it's better on extra viewings. The original poster is a complete ****rag. 2007 was filled with great/good movies. I love it when he calls them films in some attempt to sound like he is smart about movies. That's clearly not the case at all. He should stick to watching Adam Sandler and Rob Schneider low brow junk.

Sometimes, I have to say that I just want to give up on people because they only want to accept low brow shyt as entertainment. **** the OP poster and his friends. His likely trendy friends will be hating on 2008 at the end of this year also. Trendy people are f*ckin losers.
