How can you live knowing your responsible for killing an innocent? If I was in that situation i wouldn't be able to live with myself.

There is no such thing as an innocent man.

Donte Stallworth suspension will most likely be more than Leonard Littles 8gms. I mean Donte was already guranteed 4 games for his 2nd offence to the program he was put in not to long ago. I can definately see a season.

Goodell does something right for once.

He is a murderer. Hope he never plays in the NFL again.

So you would kill yourself if you did what Donte did?

Yeah he was and why he was in it? Mystery.

Players can enter into the substance-abuse program several ways, including voluntarily, failing drug tests or for drug- and alcohol-related law violations away from the field, according to the collective-bargaining agreement.

If I had to guess it would be alcohol related however dont quote me on that.

He killed somebody out of sheer lack of care and recklessness. He shouldn't be walking the streets. He should be in jail. But he is a rich athlete so he basically gets away with it with a slap on the wrist. Yes, I know 15 or life will not bring the victim back. I know that. BUT... such petty punishment allows the next rich person to feel they can also get away with the recklessness.

Shouldn't we do our best to show that this idiotic behavior shouldn't be tolerated? 30 Days in jail hardly suggests that. Regardless of the family being possibly satisfied with the punishment, it still goes beyond them. The fist should come down on people who use such poor judgement. Vick gets over punishment for killing dogs, and this guy gets 30 days?

It wasn't just that. He also lied to the feds and failed a drug test prior to sentencing.

I dont think that the league should do suspensions for legal troubles. Its really going to bite Goddell in the ass when a white QB gets into trouble.

The most moronic post in this thread. Good job. If you're not going to use your brain? There are people on life support who would love to use it for you.

Jim Brown has said that not only was Donte intoxicated but was also high on marijuana and has spoken to Roger Goddell per rotoworld.
