Not a fan, but one of the better parts still.
Cut here's a tad different, but Beiried is Rib Roast I guess and Rostbraten is from the top of the rip area

Not a huge steak guy tbh but once in a while it's nice. I much prefer some carne asada tacos and i throw in some beef ribs on the grill.

AFAIK they're known for basic, snack-type food, similar to the USA up until a few decades ago, and even still today.
