Default Kings vs. Hornets 10.22.06 (Preseason)

Great performance by the kings. They did a nice job of not turning the ball over as much, the offense was ok, but Bibby got hurt . He has a jammed thumb, and he will take X-rays tomorrow.

the looked great in the first half. The defense was rocking and good defense=good offense. Anyone know were we can find a good boxscore that we can post here?

Yeah that sucks. But it's better than nothing I guess. BTW they gave 1 of Williams blocks to Williamson... Maybe they got confused with the name?

the only problem i have with muss is I think he is playing his starters too many minutes. he knows what they can do, what he needs to do now is evaluate what other lineups work, and play other guys longer.

I bet that has to do with him coaching the kings for the first time and starting to get familiar to how his starters respond to certain situations. But i expect the starters minutes to go down starting next game

I get your point. However, the offense is brand new for these starters--and it could take maybe 20 games for them to be comfortable with each other. (It could reduce the large no. of unforced turnovers.) Garcia. Price and Salmons have been getting substantial minutes and it appears that they will be in the regular rotation. Others will have to make the best use of any minutes they get and continue to work their butts off in practice.)
