And just to clarify, since people here are always twisting my words......

I have NEVER EVER said Rubio is a scrub in the NBA, nor did I ever say he would be a scrub in the NBA. I ALWAYS said he could do just fine in the NBA before he ever played there.

What I have said is he was a scrub in Euroleague.

I don't have an agenda in my posts here, unlike it seems most of the people here.

I just come here to talk about basketball, NBA and Euroleague, and just basketball in general. I simply don't like it when people here lie and troll and totally make up complete fantasies and nonsense, whenever the subject of European basketball comes up.

But just pointing out when people are lying, trolling, whatever about European basketball gets you branded as a troll here.

I don't have any point or agenda. I just don't think that this forum should be so openly lying about European basketball all the time as what most people here do on that subject.

There is no reason at all why a basketball forum that is THIS big should not be able to have factual discussions about European basketball, instead of the complete nonstop trolling that happens here in regards to European basketball.

Exactly. That's always been the thing I have said about Rubio and nothing more really.

For this, I have been labeled a "troll, and a liar" by just about this whole forum.

    Spanoulis begs to disagree.

Prigs may be the starting PG but hes not getting more than 20 mins of playing time. Hes just there so Kidd can come off the bench and make the adjustment and allow him to use his smarts more than his energy

People from Spain don't hate Rubio, we are only a bit sad he promised to be much better than he actually is.

And Spanoulis is a good player, but far from "European God of Basketball Euroleague pretends he is :).

Euroleague is wrong about Euroleague being better league, but this forum underrates european level of basketball overall heavily.

First, Euroleague proved us wrong with the possible new coach for the Detroit Pistons, and NOW...

Pablo Prigioni is the starting PG for the knicks, in one of the most stacked eras for point guards in NBA history

    PABLO PRIGIONI

He is 36 years old, and is the starting point guard!

Maybe Euroleague is right? Some of these europeans can really ball...

Prigioni, Ricky Rubio, Marc Gasol, Nikola Vucevic (he had a 30-30 game), Pekovic...

Maybe V-Span is better than we thought?
Well you know not too long ago Smush Parker used to start too right?

Why don't people understand that it's completely different style of basketball played in Europe.

Mikael Pietrus, a noted defender in the NBA (even called a defensive specialist by some,) can't get a spot on the FRENCH team's bench because his D isn't up to standard.

Different styles of Ball require different skills, and it's not as simple as X>>>Y

It's very different in different countries of europe, but you could say that about some countries like netherlands etc.

I lived in Spain for many years and people only thought of Rubio as a scrub in his last year in Barcelona, when he was forced to play almost as a shooter while Navarro handled the ball.

Seems like you're trollin' in a way, but Euroleague is a pretty smart dude. But he is also a troll.
