Re: ISH: Do you think they should postpone the Knicks-Nets opener?
Yes. For those people like me who have no damage and their roads are clean, it's ok. For those people who have damage, it's not. Plus the commute will suck, the transit system is going to be slow if moving at all. Basically you'd be playing the game for those lucky people who can get there.
It's not the end of the world, they should postpone it. Playing it is basically a big **** YOU at anyone who has damage. **** YOU, don't take care of your house, don't take care of work, instead take a really long slow commute or lose your tickets.
When things like this happen you really see how spoiled people are. Of my staff in NJ, 1 person has power. No one else has power, and 2 people are literally stuck at home because the road to their building is blocked. But peeps worried they won't have a game to watch on TV on Thursday, will need to wait till Saturday.
Note though: That said IF transit is up sometime tomorrow and running then i see it more. There has to be a reasonable ability for people to travel to the game.
