Thats a tiny example of Balkan/South Europe food for you people, this you have to try before you die..... and i am not talking about the occasional food stall you may find who makes poor versions of this food in USA, you would have to come to Balkan/South Europe to taste the real stuff or find a Balkan/South European friend of yours in US and make this request to his Grandmother..... you will never want to leave Balkan/South Europe after trying this shit

A lot of times, my favorite meal of the year was Greek Easter. I myself am not Greek but my Uncle is a proud Greek dude and I gotta throw these in the ring.



Obviously nothin complete without the roasted lamb



Spanakopita- one of my favorite things ever. Shits all over quiche imo. Flaky crust filled with spinach and feta. Pretty simple but SOO tasty.



Pastitsio- Pretty much like a Greek version of mac n cheese on steroids. Melts in your mouf, not her hand/mouf



Fasolakia- Bangin green beans with a tomato sauce. Pretty easy to make but so delicious.

Proper (caribean) spicy jerk chicken is my absolute favorite food. I prefer it with red beans and dirty rice (with plantains) but couscous is fine too.
