Was predictable enough after he reaped his parasitic ring on the Warriors, anyway.
Not much to comment on his career for me, though. He's mainly memorable to me because:
1. His two (successless) ring-chasing years on my Lakers;
2. His well-publicized enmity with Derek Fisher.
3. He was probably the most multiracially diverse NBA player that I can remember off-hand.
The one player I couldn't classify under any singular race.
He just never had that conspicuous of a player profile to me, but I'm happy that he isn't retiring ringlessly after jumpily ring-chasing in his waning years.
