I don't see what was said in that article that people didn't know already, the title of the thread makes it seem as if they already have a deal in place and are about to finalize it.

Simply put, if the Suns have a deal in front of them that they like then they'll do it. Same would go for any other team in this situation.

Hell this applies to Shaq and the other guys on the roster as well.

Remember when guys said Amare was the best big man in the game?

Or Amare > Yao?

Amare is a selfish player who needs a system to inflat his stats.

If the Bulls traded Tyrus, Hinrich, Gooden, picks etc. I'm sure the Suns would be in great shape. Tyrus is playing like a beast on both ends of the court now. I think he's averaging 15/10 and 2 blocks his last 8 games. Last game he scored 22 points, grabed 10 rebounds, had 3 steals and a block. He's looking sharp!

I'm afraid Amare would either b!tch about his role on the team (if Nash doesn't get him enough touches then who on the Blazers would), leave when his contract ends, or both. Plus, our defense already sucks, adding Amare won't help in that department. I say pass. I'd rather do a 3-team trade involving Raef's contract going to Phoenix, Amare going to some other team, and that other team sending a piece or 2 that actually fit with the Blazers (The one I proposed above would be ideal for Portland).

Oops, that was suppose to be Prince, not Hamilton.

Wouldve been the perfect time to offer Mobley and Tim Thomas if they were still Clippers and probably Kaman

God damn Portland fans are dumb. Amare *****ed about his role because he has BIG EGO on his team and Porter has reduced him to a role player on the offensive end. He *****es because our offense did not need changing. Roy and Amare could run the p&r just fine. Amare and Sergio, Rudy would work just fine. Amare will only open space for shooters by getting to the rim.

Defensively, Amare is better. Aldridge might become better but Amare has room to grow too. Rebounding wise, Aldridge is bad. Amare isnt great but he is Dwight Howard compared to Aldridge.

It's surprising how underrated Amare has become.

Amare and LeBron on the Same Team = at least 4 NBA Championships.

http://games.espn.go.com/nba/feature...1~21&te=&cash=

Cavs should include their first round picks in the 2009 and 2010 NBA Draft.

I don't see how the Cavs would lose if that went down.
