Default What are the pros and cons of the key Bucks players?

Mo Williams

Michael Redd

Andrew Bogut

What are the pros and cons those guys possess?

And then of course "the rest" - Charlie Villanueva, Yi Jianlian, Desmond Mason and Bobby Simmons

I'll play -
Hammond has to keep a good share of the nuclea of this team because of contracts , age , and athletic ability. (not in any particular order)
Redd - brings veteran play , and IMO clutch shooting. (AS far as I am concerned he can retire as a Buck - parralling play as Jonny Mac , Brian Winters)
The con is that Redd needs to maintain his board average as a big guard as well as Defense that is weak.
Bogut - has still upside , and looks to be a Brad Miller , Brad Dourety type player , that won't carry his team , but solid in the middle as well as a team player.
Con - Defense strong and weak side still needs tuning , but he is young.
His board work has improved dramatically from the past 2 years.
Yi - has an upside , range in jumper , boards , and defense , but what is more important this player has as Houston's center - willingness to do what ever it takes to help the team.
Con - he has a lot of development to occur and will take as most big men - 3 years to really show his oats.
IMO - he would be perfect trade bait to swing a deal and try to get Beasley.
I rate Beasley very high , not only for size , but how mentally he is strong as well as his man - child body. This dude will handle the NBA right away and could become a double double guy if he stays out of foul trouble.
He is a perfect fit to bogut , because he likes to stay low in the block area (driving layups across the lane - mid-range jumpers off wing, while Bogut really feel comfortable swinging from low post to free-throw line for picks , shots and passes.
The rest as I have stated before are all moveable if Hammond could lock up a scoring SF.
Charlie V , Charle Bell , Simmons, Gadz , would be good trade material.
SF I would like to see in a Bucks uni is Jefferson from the Nets.
He brings weak side help , boards , and scoring.

Which leaves us to the PG -
Skiles will be on Mo maybe worse than 'The General' was on Harris in Mavland.
I would not doubt Mo comes off the bench in due time , and the bigger PG Sessions runs the team as an assist guy.

He doesn't really bring clutch shooting. Shoots under 40% with 5 minutes left in games.
