Default LeBron Named NBA All-Defensive First Team

What a year this guy has had. Imagine if the Cavs win the championship this year. I wonder how many players have won MVP, All-Defense First Team, a Championship and Finals MVP (he'd probably win Finals MVP if they won) in the same season. He could accomplish this goal.

Here is the defensive team's roster. All I have to say is wow, Kobe over Wade this year?

Between him and the Cavs making deep playoff runs year after year, his committments to team USA, and his off the court stuff, I don't know when he found the time to improve this aspect of his game, but he certainly has. Defense is about effort, and it's great to see a guy with his fame and fortune continue to find the drive to get better.

Right after last years playoffs. When the Cavs lost, everyone went on vacation to various places. Mike Brown went to the training facility a month after their playoff run ended and James was practicing his jumpshot when everyone else was out and about vacationing.

LeBron's work ethic has impressed me throughout his entire career. Imagine if he had a shitty attitude how much a average star he would be. Makes you feel sad that so many players don't do this and just their talent go to waste.
