I think he's going to get it. Arum is going to create another superstar in Terrence Crawford while this is the final fight in Manny Pacquiao's legendary career.
It's still a winnable fight for Manny, but Crawford is bigger, and younger. A past his prime Pacquiao is going to be his toughest opponent in his pro career.

Sad part is that Manny has a better oppositions right now than the quality of his opponents that he faced from 2010-2011. Shane Mosley, Joshua Clottey, and a plaster less Margarito were terrible fights that didn't add to his legacy.
That's why Marquez KO'ed him in 2012, and out boxed him again in his 3rd fight.

If Crawford outbox, or even KO' Pacquiao. He instantly become a top 3 pound for pound fighter.
I rather see this fight than Pacquiao facing Khan who sucks in his last fight against Chris Algeiri.
Arum is finally cashing out Manny Pacquiao.
