Your hopes are coming to fruition.

The season is going really bad.

I think it's time to fire Isiah or make him a lame duck GM.

Get a real coach and dump Mebury.

His lineups are not working and he has no idea how to make it work.

+1

Time to tank, this team had it's chance, hence de 8 man rotation, it blew it.
I don't see this team winning more then 40 games, so why not tank some games and get a high pick. The Knicks have a 22$ million expiring contract next season, there's a lot of talent the Knicks can get with Marbury contract.

So next season the Knicks could have another two great players, to add to the only positive thing the Knicks have right now, a great youthfull base.

And this is were everything is wrong: Rose and Jones played 52 minutes in the last two games!!

The Knicks should be playing the young guys, give them minutes no only to showcase them, but also so they can develop, Lee just had almost a 20-20 game, it's dumb stockpile talent and then don't play them.

Exactly.....the only reason we got to see how good Collins and Balkman can be was because of injuries. They are young and need to play to develop more. How can Balkman develop a short jump shot sitting on the bench and the team down by 20 points by the half. He needs to work it out like they let Curry do.

Why isn't Chandler playing big minutes? He already has everything and just needs NBA court time.

Dump the vets who have done nothing and let the young players develop.

Curry and Z Bo are still young players themselves, let them mesh with the other young players and give it time.

Why is Rose playing at all? He's not going to take us anywhere now or in the future!!!

You might as well as long as Dolan is the the owner, Isiah coach/GM and Marbury on the team.

Take 2 of the three out and maybe we have a chance. Since you can't fire Dolan, Isiah and Marbury have to go.

At least Marbruy after the stunt he pulled.

Unless anyone can truly say that the Knicks are a better "team" than........

1)Detroit
2)Boston
3)New Jersey
4)Toronto
5)Orlando
6)Cleveland
7)Chicago
8)Milwaukee
9)Miami???
10)Washington???

As I was saying at least 8 of those teams play something the Knicks have no clue in......defense.

Also those teams exploit weak defenders...the ability to consistently hit perimeter shots along with the knack to get to the free-throw line.

I have been saying even before the season began that the Knicks would have an uphill battle if they don't learn to play defense, at least protect the 3 point line..

And being a turnover machine as they were last year along with the inability to finish games and hit their free throws, you would have to be a flat out idiot to realistically think they can win.

They need a go-to guy and rarely are those guys "developed".

More times than they come into the League ready to as the star.

There have been some gems late in drafts, like Agent Zero.

I just needed one, miami.

Can't this team win against Boston, detroit, orlando? No, so why bother... i want a championship team not a playoff team. What do the Knicks gain in going to the playoffs and be swepped by the celtics?

This year we got our pick, we can add great player with it, we can add a great player with marbury contract, and if we play the young guys and showcase them and let them develop, we might add another one through a trade.

The knicks have the oportunity to give a major leap forward.

Did anyone notice that sweet assist Curry did when being triple teamed? Curry continues to improve, Lee as improved, so as Nate, Balkman and Collins with minutes will improve too, Chandler and Morris also... i really don't understand why Chandler entered the game so late, it's unexplainable seeing Fred Jones playing the final minutes and Morris in the bench, moreso after he played so well in the minutes he had against the Clippers... it's hard to expect that the players can handle the pressure, when the coach can't.

Here is what I find most amusing about all this; many of the kids that are currently consensus top picks in the 2008 Draft have the same traits as a current Knick. So by their third or fourth season if the Knicks are still struggling they would get killed just as bad as the rest of these guys.

Derrick Rose is Stephon Marbury (current) with Stephon Marbury (ol’ skool) hops.

OJ Mayo is Jamal Crawford without the crossover.

Michael Beasley’s attitude and work ethic have been questioned just like that of Zach Randolph.

Roy Hibbert is skilled but isn’t an especially good rebounder much like Eddy Curry.
