Default The Knicks Will Get Back On Track.

im not goin to be like these other knicks fans that want to be all negative and all that.even tho i couldnt watch the games. i believe the knicks are a better tea then what they are showin now. q is playin probably the worst basketball in his career. the man is only averagin 6 points shootin about 30 percent and 28 percent from the three point line. randolph is shootin 41 percent. thats way to low for a guy like him. and balkman does not play enough. to me i needs to play 20 minutes or more every game until the season season is over as well as mardy collins.

theres no way q is goin to be shootin like this the whole season, and randolph will shoot a higher percentage. once that happens the knicks will play up to there potential. but once that happen all y'all dudes who are sayin the things y'all sayin dont jump on the back on the bandwagon when they do play better and start winning at a more consistent rate.

It really isn't about being on or off a bandwagon.

We are all Knicks fans.

Whether they win or lose, I know for one I am still a fan.

But they aren't playing like basketball professionals, I will put my 2 cents in on it.

This team is flawed. Even you yourself, 155 only point to their offensive inconsistensies.

But we both know to a man, that their inconsistent offense has nothing to do with their inablilty to win games.

It has more with the Knicks collective disregard for defense that is their ultimate killer.

I personally don't think a team can have a philosophy of just trying to outscore another team with the thinking that defense doesn't matter.

The Knicks do not have a single player who is known for their defense.

That disturbs me. And until that changes the losses will pile up.

Of course this afternoon, the Knicks met a team that is really drowning.

This is the year where I don't even know what I want.

If we go lotto we get either Beasley, Rose, Mayo, Love, Budinger etc.

If Zeke is still with the Knicks, he will trade down to about 20. And make a "block buster" for a player who won't defend for their life.

We both know those guys will not execel with some of the terrible work ethics some of the Knicks players have.

Collins doesn't play.

Q is always hurt, Never healthy.

Jeffries, Don't even get me started.

Balkman has the best D on the team but it's not great

When I said "know for their defense", I thought it would be understood as actually "known", as in outside of a Knicks fan's mind.

Q may be the closest to a "know defender", but see here is where my mindset is.....

When Q came to the Knicks he was known as a player who has a post up game, who acquired a three point shot because of the system he was in with PHX.

His "defense" was highly over rated due to the fact of one thing.....

Has he played for a team that actually emphasizes defense??

Nope. So his defense is merely a "perception".

Jared Jefferies does nothing spectacular. You would figure a guy who the media touted as a guy who can guard multiple positions would at least have gotten starters "minutes". Notice where the quotation is?

Nardy Collins is know for his "college" defense and hasn't really seen substantial NBA action, therefore he gets a "?".

like i said jeffries is only known for his defense and its the only reason hes in the league. he was brought in to be a defensive stopper, if thats not considered being known for your defense then im not sure what is. and if ure gonna make your case then i can name 20 other teams that fall under the same category

Jeffries wasn't even known as we put it in Washington.

The guy has not logged 30 mpg in any season he has played. Surely a "known defender" can log 30 ,mpg as a starter??

At least I see ur not making a case for the other guys you mentioned.

Jeffries doesn't have the best D on the team. it's cool though because his offense makes up for his defense though...SIKE
