Should have been 10 games. A thug, a criminal, a poor ambassador for the sport.

Plus we don't play him til game 10.

This shit needs to stop, hopefully a firestorm comes at Goodell for this

How does it feel to be as self righteous as you can be yet cheer for a franchise with the most scumbags in the history of the sport?

Lions Defense looked good. Jake Rudock has clearly learned a lot and has matured from watching Stafford. He could turn into a decent starter in a couple years.

Looks like the Blake Bortles era is coming to an end in Jacksonville.

He threw 5 ints in one practice when training camp first started and this morning he threw 2 pick 6's, Chad Henne took reps with the starters after this.

Still have no idea how Bortles was taken #3 overall in the draft.

I was rooting for the kid, but when this dude misses 2 Kicks in a pre season game, after the team gave him a second chance..

I mean, it's a ****ing preseason game, no ****ing pressure at all, and you are out there still missing? GTFO..

Hopefully Nick Folk can take the reigns now, good luck to Aguayo wherever he ends up, it's a mentally thing, you don't go on being the most accurate kicker in NCAA history to being cut on Game 1 of the Preseason just like that.. there seems to be more to this that we don't know, hopefully we can just take this to sleep and not to worry a ****ing kicker...

Winston looked sharp BTW, Mike Evans in season mode already

Because he was a good QB coming out of college?

Dude was project from the start.

Weak arm and inaccurate coming out of college.

Just look at his passes compared to the other QB prospects from that year.

Sounds like Paxton Lynch (except for the weak arm).

The Broncos may have a third-string QB (Kyle Sloter) that is better than their first two QB's right now (we'll see what the rest of pre-season brings before we can definitively make that statement, though).

weak arm? You realize Bortles has a cannon for an arm compared to Bridgewaters right? He also has a quicker release and is stronger

The only problem for him was always his decision making. Coming out of college you get a strong, big QB with few weakness? You take him easily at #3rd

Only in hindsight it was a bad pick, at the time people really thought he was the best prospect next to Bridgewater

Look at the clip I just posted, Bridgewater's arm is much better, more velocity on his throws. Bortles has a strong arm, but his passes lack crisp and velocity.

And I haven't even mentioned Bortles' horrible mechanics, just look at his throwing motion, it's awful. Just look at it. And his release his far from quick, he has been criticized in the past for having a slow release. Carr for example has a MUCH quicker release.

Bortles was drafted off potential, he had alot of weaknesses in his game, but alot of people thought that would be fixed in the NFL which hasn't been the case.

I remember the 2014 draft well, I had Bortles as the 3rd best QB behind Bridgewater & Carr and I didn't understand all the hype he was getting.

Then why you ask why he was picked #3rd? at the time it was between him and Bridgewaters and like I sad people didn't believe Teddy could even grip a footballs

Its like Asking why David Carr went #1, only in hindsight it looks like a bad pick

How anyone could say Bortles has a quick release in comparison to Bridgewater blows my mind.

Idiotic thing to say. This is why I scroll over CelticBaller posts.

He did coming into the draft

Teddy release was a result of him paying on a screens heave offense. Teddy couldn't even palm a ball during the combine

Good job, good effort

Edit: matter of fact he was one of the most accurate QBs coming into the draft, even more accurate than Bridgrwater past 20 yards
