Default Tell me about Sergio, please

I don't trust Spainsh paper's info, and I want to ask Portland's fans:

¿Has played well Sergio Rodriguez in his rookie year?

¿Do you think he must get more minutes?

¿You like him as your future PG, think can be?

Thanks for your answers. And Congratulations. If you take Oden, and your young players continue improving, you will have an amazing team very soon.

Sergio Rodriguez is Steve Nash without a shot

Well...thats not fair because at the end of last season his shot did start to develope as he was hitting open threes and 15 footers consistantly. But he is a perfect point guard to run a West Coast team in the future. He's fast and he has probably the best handles of any rookie sophmore or junior point guard in the NBA.

I like what I saw from Rodriguez, I think with a big improvement with playing time during the sumemr league, he could become a starter this season, maybe half way through, but he will be a trusted player off the bench 7th man or so.

Once he learns the NBA game more, he'll be a very solid NBA PG. And he has Roy and the big men to pass 2, he won't need 2 be a scorer, I'd say averages of 8 and 8 would suffice for a playoff team.
