I'd much rather go after someone with youth on their side. If you look at our team were still quite young.

Rose - 22
Brewer - 25
Deng - 25
Boozer - 29
Noah - 25

I'm not sure adding a 34 year old would be the best option. It would be much better to pick up someone who can mature with our starters. Otherwise were going to continually replace our starting 2 guard each offseason and continually be weak at that spot.

Im not sure about vince. He's too much of a rythym shooter. Id like to see a guy that can be accurate even in nights that he takes only 5 shots. Guys like lee, aflalo, smith, and I rhink they're easier and obviously cheaper to get.

Sinjackal made great points. Vince Carter failed in Orlando period. The year before, they beat Boston enroute to going to the Finals without Jameer Nelson and just a very young SG in Courtney Lee. He was so bad last year, Orlando used JJ Redick more than him at SG in the playoffs.

Vince would be a good fit for the Bulls.. assuming he comes at a reasonably cheap price.

Would love to see maybe a deal where we land Courtney Lee and Brad Miller from HOU.

Maybe send JJ, CHA 1st and some salary to get the deal done. I know Asik is still young and Thomas has been an admirable fill-in for Noah but you can never have enough quality big men in your rotation during the playoffs. Especially against a team like Boston. And we could bully teams like Atlanta, Miami, New York, Orlando with the strength downlow.

Plus I love Miller and wanna see him in a Bulls uni again. The city loves him.

Haha, its hilarious that people assume the worst around here. That's the ISH effect. You're in friendly territory bro.

would love shannon brown here but he might be too pricey..

you know whos been impressing me is reggie williams from golden st.

i think he would be a great fit here on the bulls and he would come cheap as well

Vince Carter didn't do so well in Orlando as the spot up shooter. I am not sure why any of you guys would think he would do any better here. He is better with the ball in his hands. I love Vince Carter to death, he has always been one of my favorite players in the league. But I don't want him, not because he isn't good or anything. But because he wouldn't help the Bulls get better.

I think Ronnie Brewer is a starter in this league though. But one thing he should do is develop a 3 pt shot. He is one of the better slashers/cutters in the league. He played tremendously with Deron Williams when he was with Utah. He got a lot of easy buckets and made some showtime dunks.

Might as well get a cheaper, younger, more malleable player in the draft to grow alongside Rose.
