7/10. Good acting and I like Jesse Eisenberg the more I see him (I recently saw Rodger Dodger b/c of a poster's recommendation.)

7.8/10 good flick..don't want to give much away. a film about child abuse and it's affects.

9/10 well acted gritty movie. perfect setting. won't change your life or anything but one of the more quality films I've seen lately. chick is cute.

9/10 a bit slow paced but I guess that befits the lifestyle/era. well acted heartfelt movie.

Cyrus - 8/10

I really liked this. Funny, charming and very awkward all throughout. It's a fairly simple script and story that's elevated by great acting from some of the best actors around. I love John C. Reilly and Marisa Tomei. Catherine Keener is always good. Also a nice slightly darker role for Jonah Hill. It always tried to stay away from conventional pay-offs and succeeded most of the time. The main issues I had with it were the technical aspects of it. The camera work was distracting. Random close-ups, weird focusing and shaking when it doesn't add anything to the scene. John C. Reilly drunkenly singing and dancing and Marisa Tomei (and a ton of other people) joining him was one of my favourite scenes of the year. Also, Marisa Tomei looks incredible for her age.

It's been so long since I've seen those two movies that I totally forgot Eisenberg was in them. Here I am thinking that he's just breaking through with roles in The Social Network and Zombieland when I've been seeing him around for years.

The Town was good; I wish they placed a little more emphasis on the actual team rather then on the relationship between the leading character and the bank manager. The final scene was intense, loved it, reminded me off the final heist in the movie "Heat". I was pleasantly surprised by BA's performance, he was terrific and played his role perfectly. I enjoy movies where the "bad guys" are intelligent, I was rooting for the gang the whole way. For a bunch of young criminals, they showed a lot of wit and were pretty bad-ass with the shooting. Especially Renner, guy was a total bad-ass in the movie, like a one-man army out there.

I could not stand the FBI Agent, he came off so creepy. Once again Jeremy Renner puts on a stellar performance, guy is hands down my favorite actor our right now. Overall, I'd give this movie a solid 8.5. It would have gotten a higher score if they didn't concentrate so much on the characterization; I wanted to see more action!

I got the Inception Blu-Ray last night as well as this movie; going to see Inception tonight.

I watched this with some of my friends and expected a more comedy-oriented movie (they did too and proceeded to ruin it for me). If I had gone into it expecting more of a restrained film I think I would have enjoyed it more.

The scene in Cyrus' bedroom (when he was trying to move back in) was ****ing hilarious though

I thought for a second that was Stan Van Gundy.

Also, I just watched I Love Beth Cooper.

Rating: 2/10.

Reason: Wasn't funny, everything was cliche'd and the only reason anyone probably watched this movie is to eye hump Hayden Panettiere.
