Did he pull out of the draft, and we expect him to be drafted in the future? If he will still get drafted someday I'll give him a (?) which wouldn't factor into the average at all. If he's just some scrub who never belonged in a mock draft, then he gets the huge number.

How great would the 03 draft had been had Emeka came out with them?

Easily the best ever

Nemanja Aleksandrov, he was projected as high as #1 at a time. Probably because he is a 6'11'' small forward. I believe he is from Serbia.

From what I've seen of him, he is a basketball freak, but he lacks strength and is built pretty skinny. His shot is decent I guess. He really didn't seem to into the games I've seen. He would miss a shot and not even really go for the rebound. He seemed to be able to create his own shot pretty well though.

So to answer your question, I have no idea if he'll ever get drafted. If I'm a GM I draft him with a late first rounder or a second rounder just to take a chance.

I don't know what the word ordinal means. I added up the numbers that I put in parenthesis and divided by 14. If there is a better way to look at this, please explain.
