Default Rockets beat the Warriors Nov. 24

- Houston scored the first four points of the game and never relinquished the lead in a 111-101 win over Golden State, giving the Rockets a five-game home winning streak over the Warriors. The Rockets recorded two wire-to-wire wins last season, which included a 119-97 win vs. Golden State (2/2/10).

- The Rockets made 39-of-51 (.765) from the free throw line tonight, which tied or set Toyota Center records for most free throws made (tied: 39 on 11/7/10 vs. Minnesota) and attempted (prev. high: 47 on 11/7/10 vs. Minnesota). With a 42-of-52 (.808) performance from the line at Golden State (10/27/10), the Rockets have hit 81-of-103 (.786) free throws against the Warriors in just two games.

- Houston connected on a season-high 10 3-pointers (10-20 3FG) tonight, which marked the first time the Rockets reached double digits from beyond the arc this season.

- The Warriors set Houstonís opponent season-high with 60 points in the paint tonight, while taking a 25-8 advantage in fast break points over the Rockets.

- Kevin Martin led the Rockets with 25 points (4-12 FG, 3-6 3FG) tonight, including a 14-of-15 night from the foul line. Since joining the Rockets last season, Martin (.918, 290-316 FT) has gone to the free throw line more times than any other Western Conference player except for Oklahoma Cityís Kevin Durant.

- Luis Scola finished with 24 points (8-15 FG, 8-15 FT) and 12 rebounds tonight. Golden State is one of five teams Scola has recorded multiple 20-point, 10-rebound games against in his career. Scola owns two such previous games against the Warriors: 21 points (10-16 FG) and 11 rebounds at Golden State (10/28/09), 36 points (14-24 FG, 8-12 FT) and 16 boards at Golden State (10/27/10).

- Chuck Hayes had a career-high-tying 16 points (4-5 FG), seven rebounds, five assists and one blocked shot, which included an 8-of-8 performance from the line to set his career highs in free throws made and attempted. Hayes also matched his career best with 16 points (8-12 FG, career high FGM) in a start at center in the last meeting at Golden State (10/27/10). He originally set his career high with 16 points (7-9 FG) vs. L.A. Clippers (3/14/07).

- Kyle Lowry posted 14 points (4-8 FG, 5-6 FT), 10 assists, seven rebounds and two steals tonight. Lowry, who entered this season with just four career double-doubles, has already notched two double-doubles in the last three games (11 points and 12 assists on 11/19/10 at Toronto).

- Shane Battier, who tied his season best of four blocks tonight, now has at least one blocked shot in each of his last nine games (11/7/10-11/24/10). His career best is a block in 16 straight games (1/31/03-3/5/03).

- Dorell Wright led the Warriors with 24 points (10-19 FG), eight rebounds, four assists and two steals tonight. In his six seasons before joining the Warriors, Wright scored 20-plus points only three times, but he has already registered three such games with Golden State this season.

- Stephen Curry added 21 points (8-19 FG), six assists, four rebounds and four steals tonight. Curry had 25 points (9-16 FG) and 11 assists in the last meeting at Golden State (10/27/10).

- Monta Ellis, who had scored 20-plus points in 12 of his first 14 games this year, finished with 18 points (7-21 FG, 1-5 3FG) tonight. Ellis tied his career high with 46 points (18-24 FG, 9-12 FT) in the prior game with the Rockets at Golden State (10/27/10).
