Yup. Protection is equally important. Instead of durable leather shoes are mad of cheap plastics, meshs, and synthetic fibers now that tear apart REALLY easily. I got a pair of Nike Hypergamers that lasted me only 2 months. That's terrible. Especially given the crazy price points. All brands are moving to these cheap materials.
