That was a typo. Should have been she doesn't think Bernie's plan would work.
The link is to a single payer advocate who is criticizing Sanders' plan. The critique is that what Sanders has laid out is underfunded by 1.1 trillion dollars a year.
You can find other critiques here or here.

The emails are being withheld because if they were released, we would see how corrupt our government really is.
Bet money those emails are between her and other officials discussing the illegal shit that goes on.
Nobama will protect her though.

So you've gone from this is a Clinton problem to this is a US government corruption problem. Without a fact needed.

Who do you think those emails were sent to? Family?
Keep denying the obvious, it's all you've got now. Remember, she never sent or received any classified emails, and Obama had no idea she was using a private address, despite communicating back and forth several times with her while she was using it.
Just say it over and over until you believe it's true.

I hope you realize how illogical you are being.
This is your proof
UK: This emails involve government-wide corruption
Fill: You have no evidence of that.
UK: The emails were sent to government officials not her family.

Re: Government declares 22 Clinton e-mails top secret
FWIW, the Clinton campaign is calling for these 22 emails to be released to the public claiming there is nothing in them that harms national security and they may have some support because folks who have seen these emails are not walking away from Clinton.
Dianne Feinstein has come out to say that some of the reported information on these emails is wrong two ways.
1. Clinton didn't write any of these emails. She received them.
2. "None of the emails that were sent to Secretary Clinton were marked as including classified information, a requirement when such information is transmitted,"
Two government officials gave anonymous quotes to NBC
The officials say the emails included relatively "innocuous" conversations by State Department officials about the CIA drone program, which technically is considered a "Special Access Program" because officials are briefed on it only if they have a "need to know."
Of course, the President has gone on to give public speeches on drones. At the time the head of the CIA gave a speech in general terms about the drone program. If these emails are just general discussion of the drone program without specific details, I don't think people are going to care.

How stupid are people? Who cares what they were "marked" as? She was the fcuking sec. of state. Do you think it's remotely sensible to suggest that she had no idea that some of the information she would be receiving would be classified?
Imagine...
FBI: "why did you have a private server?"
Hillary: "well, I didn't know that the Secretary of State receives classified information"
FBI: "are you retarded?"
These rules exist for a reason and breaking these rules is illegal. End of story. Ignorance or stupidity isn't a defense.

Your outrage and your example only make the slighest bit of sense if you are completely ignorant of how the entire State Department processes classified material.
You may want to learn about SIPRNet and about how much open source intelligence the state dept deals with.
For a kicker you may want to learn the laws. And what hurdles have to be cleared before you have a breaking of the law. And most importantly by whom.

I love that the leftist narrative is getting completely exposed as a fraud but there are still zealots around who cling to it as if their life depends on it. As the narrative continues to unravel, the lefty zealots continue to say crazier and crazier shit.

So, you're saying it's ok that she had an unsecured server because she had a reasonable expectation that as Secretary of State, she would never receive classified information?

No.
I am saying you have no idea whatsoever how the State Department is set up to deal with classified information.
This is completely aside from Clinton. You don't seem to know that all State Department employees work on the nonsecure servers all the time.
I believe every state.gov email address is on the nonsecure network, NIPRnet which is the Non-Secure Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network. So regular State Dept emails are nonsecure. The secure system is SIPRnet, Secret Internet Protocol Router Network, and that is what is used for transmitted classified materials.
The issue of the personal server is separate from any potential mishandling of classified info. An email from a state.gov address to a state.gov address could involve mishandling of classified info.

More Emails Emerge Showing Iowa’s Tom Harkin Pressuring Hillary To Hire His Daughter At The State Dept.
Finding a job in the Hillary Clinton State Department for the daughter of then-Iowa Sen. Tom Harkin was not an easy task, emails released on Friday show. It was summer 2009 and there were a “limited number of slots” in the Office of War Crimes Issues, the State Department sub-agency where Harkin hoped to find a job for his daughter Jenny. But the powerful Hawkeye State Democrat, now retired, was persistent, calling Clinton several times and contacting the White House in order to find gainful employment for his kid, a Georgetown University law school graduate.
Clinton and company’s help for the Harkins likely did not break any laws. But it does provide a behind-the-scenes look at political horse trading that politicians like Harkin and Clinton likely prefer to keep hidden. Harkin did not respond to an emailed request for comment.
Ken Boehm, the chairman of the National Legal and Policy Center, an ethics watchdog group, said that while it is hard to prove an exact quid pro quo, the email exchanges suggest that that is the case.
“Thanks to the Hillary Clinton emails being released, it appears beyond any doubt that Clinton yielded to political favoritism to get the daughter of Iowa Senator Harkin a job at the State Department,” he told The Daily Caller.
How convenient that Harkin has endorsed Hillary and is pumping her up on the campaign trail.
