Default Big Changes this year.....

Has Jerry made his mark or what!?!?!? It sure looks like the Raps
are a much better, tougher team this year. Congrat's to all Rap Fans.
Look at this almost completely new team:

Under Contract: Chris Bosh, Jose Calderon, Joey Graham, Darrick Martin, Morris Peterson, Pape Sow

Free Agents: none

Added: Andrea Bargnani (No. 1), P.J. Tucker (35), Uros Slokar (58) in 2005, Anthony Parker (Israel), Jorge Garbajosa (Spain), Fred Jones (Indiana), T.J. Ford (Trade-Milwaukee), Kris Humphries (Trade-Utah), Rasho Nesterovic (Trade-San Antonio), Robert Whaley (Trade-Utah)

Gone: Mike James (Minnesota), Loren Woods (Sacramento), Rafael Araujo (Trade-Utah), Matt Bonner (Trade-San Antonio), Charlie Villanueva (Trade-Milwaukee), Eric Williams (Trade-San Antonio), Andre Barrett (Waived), Alvin Williams (Waived)

Getting Jerry might have been the best move?!?!?!?!

Default Araujo

I hope Humphries gives you some Rick Mahorn like minutes, then
it could work out fine.

yes it will be much more fun at Raptors games. I think the game-day magazines will sell many more copies this year.

the best thing that happened was getting rid of araujo, the new gm, tj ford, fred jones and drafting bargnani to prove some haters wrong, im not going to lie i dont think bargnani should have been picked 1st but thats my opinion and i have my reasons but you easily have talent to be better then teams in the east just like the knicks its all about gelin together

he was a bad influence in the locker-room. This team has a new fresh look and it will be exciting to see how they form. I think the Euros will understand their role on the team and adapt well.

The team concept will be a strong one in the Raptors organization. The players we have no have no history of being problems on and/or off the court. When everybody is getting along, that is a great start, and good things will follow.

Wow a civil fan from another forum - welcome. You must not be a NYer.

This is what I been postulating around these boards with out any takers...

i would scream to see Mahon performance (Magic fan from Detroit?) but will be thrilled for 10 rebounds and a few (5-9) double double games.

Bang on, I'm from the Great White North.....Love watching the Raptors....
I really like Sam as coach. Now you have (one of) the best GMs.....
and players who compete!! I think I smell a playoff run!!!!

But I'm a Laker fan for life. First started watching NBA when Magic was
a rookie. Got hooked....

Good luck this year!!!
