it's possible, but your numbers are way off. he has 401 profile visits. and he made this account what, like 3-4 days ago, and everyone who viewed his page has the possibility of having voted legally 3-4 times. not that all of that happened, but it's somewhere in the realm of possibility.

Oh, I was just stating the numbers they were at the last time I checked, which was probably wrong aswell. Then I seen someone say that the votes were up to 1727, so I just put that up to 1750. Either way, it looks funny when you go to the site and you see that there is 4 times more votes than visits.
