Bacons vs Sausages?

i like both.. usually bacon when going out for breakfast but sausage is good too... If we make it at home it's almost always sausage patties

btw i don't eat a breakfast like this everyday maybe once or twice a month... don't have the time and it's really not good for you to eat like this too often

Neither ATM. I currently do just 2 eggs on brown bread no butter to drop weight.

But if I'm choosing, I'm going with bacon.

Bacons and eggs on bread with bbq sauce on top is sensational.
