Re: 2012 "Linsanity" Appreciation Thread
With NYK, Lin dropped 38 on "all NBA Defense Kobe" and the Lakers.
Melo didn't play and LA still couldn't stop Lin.

Knicks all da way
Re: 2012 "Linsanity" Appreciation Thread
It was a fun time, I have to admit. But it came to an end when Melo came back, what a surprise.

It wasn't D'Antoni "system" as much as the power of confidence and having a coach's trust.

Re: 2012 "Linsanity" Appreciation Thread
One of the best moments in basketball for me outside of laker championships.
I actually gave up on the NBA. Didn't watch for a few years. Then Linsanity happen and I'm a fan all over again.

It was crazy to be watching one NBA game, only to get an update that Lin was at it again, dropping 23 & 10. Or putting up a 38 spot. Then he crossed John Wall and exploded for a dunk ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QdFXOjGaNxc) or he was leading comebacks on ABC ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YcKZhdWH3tE). And of course, that Raptors game-winner exploded the universe.
Just incredible to watch and experience as a basketball fan.
About a month or two earlier was the Tebow stuff. Pretty crazy span for shit like that.

I'll never forget it. Was great and was actually very excited than usual to see more knicks games at that time. He's a fool.

Was funny how badly Miami completely demolished the whole Linsanity thing in one game
