Why should anyone respect the Cleveland 2016 ring then?

They needed the refs to foul curry out and suspend Green the other game to win.

This stupid take again. Listen, dumbass, both teams were not the same in 2016 as they were in 2015. For one, Cleveland's roster was different. Mozgov, a big part of the team when healthy, was not starting in 2016 and the cavs had a different coach. The cavs were a better team in 2015 and was the best team heading into the playoffs that year. In 2016 the cavs stumbled into the playoffs but turned it on vs the weak east. The warriors were also a much better team in 2016 than in 2015. There's also the added factor of momentum and the mental makeup of each team. In 2016, the cavs had lost 5 straight to golden state and were mentally shell shocked during the first two games of the series. The warriors had no mental advantage over the cavs in 2015.

There's also this...in the only matchup both teams played at full strength in 2015, the Cavs dominated the warriors 110-99(warriors hit a late, meaningless three at the end of the game)
That's the only matchup where you can look at what would have possibly happened if both teams were healthy in the finals, not results from the next year when both teams were different.

Warriors lost the game green didn't play by one more point than the game he played next. The warriors were also down by double digits late in game 6 before curry got fouled out. Come up with something that makes sense next time.

The Warriors saw the opportunity and took full advantage of it . What were they supposed to do? Injure themselves to even out the competition?

And btw, I don't think they care not about you no names here not respecting them

What a dumbass topic lol
People hated the '16 team cuz they broke the bulls record and before the rigging curry was doing Jordan like shit...that didn't sit well with old heads especially the 35 foot shots he was pouring in was seen as disrespect to fundamentals

I dont know what old heads you were around but I dont know any who didnt think he was amazing. Barbershop talk situation? He got love. And I mean actual barbershops. My old cousin Charles barbershop that ive been going to for 30+ years. Those dudes loved Steph. Nobody watches someone shake the mitochondria out of the defenders cells and wet a 30 footer and sits there angry because his team is winning so many games....

Basketball fans arent that bitter and stupid.
