You don't want Westbrook on your team... because you're fine with mediocrity. Westbrook won MVP... is cool with other superstars which makes OKC an attractive team to play for... just brings a lot to a franchise. That's something you also don't understand. You'd rather have a team of selfless rejects who win nothing than have superstars and actually compete in the playoffs. That's cute

I wouldn't want him because I don't like his game. I grew up with a different game. Magic, Bird, Stockton...

OKC will win around 65 games and battle the Warriors in the WCFS..... AND WIN

Coming from this guy....

No, they're 3rd, behind GS & SA by a wide margin and slightly ahead of HOU.

Dubs are also due for a massive injury so that will be interesting as well. Even if healthy OKC > Dubs

Westbrook makes curry his bitch, George helps nullify Durant, melo scores at will, and Adams shuts down the paint with Roberson hounding both curry and klay all series. OKC is a matchup nightmare for the dubs. Too much firepower on both ends

Warriors could sustain an injury to Curry or Durant or Thompson and be ok... they can't afford to lose Green even though he may be their fourth best player lol.

They're not due for a massive injury... besides, they lost Durant for a substantial stretch of last year and arguably played better without him.

Massive injury is losing someone in the playoffs... like all the teams they have faced

Kyrie
Love
Kwit
Conley

The list goes on and on

Their 1sr ring doesn't count and apparently nobody gives a shit about this one. And no, they can't lose Durant in the playoffs and be ok... That's utterly retarded. Durant is by far their most important player

But OKC can beat them even if theyre healthy. Remember these teams were dead even just 1.5 years ago... all that has changed is that Warriors have Durant and OKC now has George/Melo to replace him. Donavan is the same coach who had the warriors down 3-1 before KD choked.

People acting like OKC isn't close to the warriors are stupid. Just wait.

The Warriors are the best team at both ends of the court. They play like a team not individuals. There's a reason Durant isn't playing with Westbrook anymore. If healthy OKC isn't touching them.

That was the case in 2016 too. Warriors won 73 games.. played like a team... best on both ends bla bla bla

Yet trailed OKC 3-1 because of the relentlessness of Westbrook, the scoring of KD, and the physicality of Adams and Roberson on defense. Now they have Melo to replace KDs scoring and another elite perimeter defender in Paul George.

You just don't get it.

Apparently you don't. Melo isn't Durant for starters!

Like always OKC has the talent but not the teamwork. They'll be good...but not warriors level.

Melo + George is even better!

Two 23+ppg scorers who both space the floor and shoot, can finish at the rim, and can handle the ball... one has a lethal post game and the other is capable of elite perimeter defense

That's what they replaced KD with.

They move up one tier but still isn't a top 2 team. The list still goes like this:

Tier 1: Warriors, Spurs
Tier 2: Cavaliers, Rockets, Thunder
Tier 3: Celtics, Timberwolves, Wizards

So yeah they moved from tier 3 to tier 2, now on par with the Cavs and Rockets, but it's as good as they can be.

The Spurs were destroying the Warriors before Zaza took out Kawhi. With a healthy Kawhi & Parker, OKC has no chance.
