When will the first ever title-clinching buzzer beater happen?
The closest we've seen are:
Vinnie Johnson's shot in 1990 (video) but it had 0.7 seconds on the clock,
John Paxson's shot in 1993 (video) but it had 3.9 seconds on the clock,
Steve Kerr's shot in 1997 (video) but it had 5.0 seconds on the clock,
and Jordan's famous shot in 1998.
When will the first ever title-clinching buzzer beater happen? This'd be the greatest moment in NBA history.

Great college starter

It has to be in the game 7 too. A buzzer beater to win in 4, 5 or 6 is a lot less dramatic.

Didn't the Celtics do it in the 60s?

I was thinking about the 1969 finals but it wasn't a buzzer beater.

MJ almost had another one in 1998. If he hit that three at the end of Game 5, the Bulls woulda won their 6th ring then.
Oh, well. Just set up an epic Game 6 for him (though I was mad pissed the Bulls shit the bed in Game 5).
