Default NJ trade?

What about NJ as a trading partner in the offseason? Devin Harris hasn't been the type of pg they wanted. Bargs and/or TJ would look good there. I can think of a number of scenarios that would work. For example Marcus williams, R Jeff (or, dare I say, Vince) and Sean Williams for Bargs and TJ + expiring contracts.

What do you mean Harris 'hasn't' been the type of PG? They just got him and they are very very high on him as their PG of the future.

They love Devin Harris. Carter is the one that they want to get rid of, we're not going for him.

RJ would be very nice, not sure that the Celts are looking to deal him...

Devin Harris???

"hasn't been the type they wanted" ???

Raps have two pg's + a third backup that has been lined up for two years on the way.

Posts are trending increasingly poorly...

Ass/ game 5.3
TO/ game 2.6
so far with NJ

Pretty mediocre for a number 1 pg. I've always thought harris would make an excellent 2g. vince has more ass and less TO since trade.

But I guess I was looking at NJ because they have some players that could fill our needs.
Still think Bargs would be very good for NJ.

I have no desire for Harris, but I would love to bring over Sean Williams if they Coangelo could somehow pry him lose. They could play small and fast with him at center, and still be able to guard the inside. If we traded Bargs I would love to get Nachbar back as well, to fill his role.

No desire for harris either, but i like marcus williams as a backup. I think he can be a real solid player one day and is more than capable of backing up jose 15-20 per night. Even if we could get nachbar, sean and marcus williams for bargs I'd be happy. Trade TJ for a solid 2g and we are good to go

Williams would get owned at centre. No more room for bench 4's. Raps don't even play up tempo so the negatives would outweigh the positives. I was high on Nachbar a year ago (playoff performance helped as well) but we got Kapono (although Boki is more athletic).

Devin Harris is awesome and now he is my fave playa. I cant compare him to Kidd but Devin has something something Kidd neva had and that is speed and the ability to finish at the rim. hes bringn' fast break back baby!

Bring in Diop or Sean Williams.

This team needs an inside presence

if they could get Harris and Diop, Raps would be in good hands. Im not saying that Raps have bad PGs, its just Harris brings a whole new game to the floor. Hes good on defense and hes good at starting that fast break
