If the Knicks can't find a PG, then I think they keep Marbury for this season. If they bought him out, they would have to give him 19 M straight up? That sounds expensive . I think Marbury is still a good point guard in the league. Not an All Star by an stretch but still decent.

Marbury is going to make $19m no matter what. Apparently the Knicks (and rightly so) do not want him around or so it would seem. So they will pay him close to that $19m and let him go wherever he wants.

i'd like to see starbury on the celtics. i think he'd be able to get his sh!t together if he knew he was playing for a contender, and boston could use another PG, especially one that can score.
