and for the poster who commented on Ronaldo diving, ive never seen any team EVER dive as much as barca did yesterday (not even the Italian team in the world cup)... sergio busquettes, pedro, david villa and even messi to some extent should be ashamed of themselves.

yes real did play physical, but the sissy diving and simulation that barca displayed was atrocious... the whole club should be fined or at least warned, but we all know thats not happening as barca have people at every level in Uefa looking out for them.

What the hell are you talking about; A two legged studs up tackle is a variation of the straight leg tackle. Pepe did it with one leg; yes it's worse of you do it with both legs. It's the same kind of foul.

The only thing about the Pepe sending off that makes me laugh is how Flamini only got a yellow card in the round of 16 vs Tottenham when he jumped into the player's ankle with both feet studs up. He hit the player's leg when his ass was still off the ground....and he only got a yellow.

I'm not annoyed with the straight red for Pepe (although I thought it should have been a yellow), rather I'm annoyed with how inconsistent refs are (in all sports) because Flamini's tackle will always be 100000000x worse than Pepe's and somehow THAT ref thought it only deserved a yellow while THIS ref thought Pepe's was a red.

It's not for no reason that yesterday's ref was voted the worst in the Bundesliga by the players in 2010. With that said, and as a life long RM fan, the result was well-deserved.
