i need help working on my vertical leap and explosive any tips for you guys will be great

squatting- do a lot of weight, but not a lot of reps.

Plyos

it is the best thing to increase vertical leap inches....

fortunately i can jump high naturally but i did do plyos for a bit and it helped.

Im a natural jumper. I just found out one day I had a 30 inch vertical (sophmore year) Since then, I have done Squats, Box Squats, Running, Dead lift, and pretty much just stayed in shape, and at the begining of my senior year i did the vertical leap test and i had a 35 inch vertical now. I can jump even higher now, probalby by a inch or two. But thats basically all i do..

Do heavy squats but not your max and focus on lifting the weight explosively not slowly or you can do legpress which is my preffered exercise. also apply that to some plyos
