My college roommate was into cooking, and for about a month we frequently got drunk and tried new cookie recipes (some we made up, and some we found online). One recipe we found was listed as popular restaurant cookie without specifying which one (I think for legal reasons). After we baked them, we were convinced it was the Subway recipe. I regret not writing that recipe down. It was like having a giant batch of Subway cookies just for ourselves.
