Seems interesting. Care to introduce us to your regime?
fiddy, if you don't mind my venting; I've had a lot of lies and filth enter my head from a young age from arrogant obnoxious retards. And many of them .And a few of these things stick because kids are impressionable sponges. Now I did not choose to have these disgusting arrogant obnoxious retards in my life and I did not have the reference points to understand what Truth was, so change was crucial.

So what I did was extensively search for ways to try to repair the damage without consulting a counselor/therapist.

And there it is. It's called the Silva Method. It teaches you to use the deeper levels of your brain. Look up 3-2-1 method on google youtube. And in that 3-2-1 method I want you to repeat a belief over and over again.

So let's say that you were naturally racist against.. blacks or gypsies or something. If through subliminal messaging, friends, or certain powerful influences you had. This would literally cause your conscious perception to perceive a man approaching you in your territory with a grin as a Threat.. even tho he could be wanting a joke. It could make you think that a man who was nice to you wanted something in return even if he was kind. It could mean that you see a fella doing a krumping dance and see it as a violent seizure or something ... By slowly and steadily repeating a statement like "Black people and gypsy people are normal people just like us and I'll see the good in them" While you're in a deep meditative state.. your conscious mind begins to follow suit.

And that's only scratching the surface.

I'm only on like Day 2 and by switching up my perspective on things it's helped a lot in overall mood stability clarity and quality of thoughts and so on and so forth. Two major beliefs I had (which permeated through my brain by ungrateful retard classmates) were things like "all in all you're just another brick in the wall/life sucks work sucks" and "its impossible to have a full courseload, work, gym, social life, learn about money, and find time to go out" so I just switched it up with "Life's a blessing and it's an opportunity to be able to commit to labor that's not like 3rd world countrie or 1800 factory conditions, and my role in society is but a sliver in the tree of having a fulfilling life" "Anything is possible provided you are discerning with your time." Only very very minor shifts in perspective but I can already tel you, that there's something going on.

And by doing this repeatedly and going back it's like you installed a manual transmission gear as a Captain of your own Ship. More Control, more personal responsibility and less reliance on others. Of course the key is not to be delusional but adhere to reality and truth. But I've been blessed to have met many good men of all wakes of life with that cynical honest sense of humor so that won't be an issue.

Loving it so far. This plus Qigong has helped light years in getting to be where I want to be.

The method should have your mind completely quiet and you are relaxed and hyper aware. Good luck Bulgaria.

I can not remember one of my two lucid dreams but what I do remember is that the one I had turned into a nightmare and I woke myself up.

The reality check, asking yourself if you are dreaming throughout the day was what triggered mine. The trick works

    YES.

Most of my dreams are lucid anyway, but I've also mastered projection, or what I thought was at the time.

I did this when I was pretty young. Basically, what I did was lay down and not fall all the way asleep. Try to sleep but really maintain focus. It became hard to stay between going to sleep and waking up, though.

I got out of my house once and walked around. I was thinking about doing all kinds of deviant shit because "it was just a dream." But the whole world was foggy and empty and it was ****ing weird. Scary even.

I've also had many night terror type dreams. Basically, I've feel the dream world exists, but it is fragile. It can be a malignant place. I've found that other than waking up or "going to sleep" there is a third option, or one could even say the going to sleep leads to this mostly, which is getting sucked into a nightmare world.

The nightmare world is also a very scary place. I've fought and fought to break out of it, even throwing myself on the floor in real life.

I think it has to do with imagination. It's more of a trance state, though, I mean projection is better than lucid dreaming period. It was like the sims or something where you could bring shit into it. However, you gotta be careful not to get sucked in or wake up.

For some reason, that shit interested me when I was a teenager. I don't do it anymore because it's not worth the trauma.

it could be the way our animal brains perceive the batshit crazy way we humans are living today. for them, it would naturally be a terrifying place.

but all of those more primitive brain regions are still with us. science found a long time ago that our modern brains merely build upon those older regions. they didn

I was petty good at it a year ago. I used sleep paralysis to lucid dream most of the time, its easier. when you are in sleep paralysis, just try to sleep again and then try hard to dream something you want. that's it.

I used to be pretty diligent with lucid dreaming. Studying my hands before sleep, trying to remember "look at your hand, look at your clothes, flick the light-switch" - just stuff that's supposed to make you aware of your dreams.

After waking up paralysed a few times I actually managed to stay asleep. First was silly, I looked at my hands, and they were like fleshy boxing gloves, I pretty much laughed myself awake. Then a few short uneventful dreams, then I did what I started it for; lucid sex-dream

After a while, I just kinda stopped. It was too much for such little reward, can't drink, have to look at my hand for five mins, have to put up with sleep paralysis and for what? So I could dream about fvcking the chick at the supermarket?

i literally JUST had a lucid dream last night.

The following dream is not a joke, not making this up. It felt so real. I dreamed that I was having sex with Kim Kardashian. When she was giving me head, it felt so facking good. It felt so real. I knew it was a dream, but it felt like real life. I could literally feel her warm wet soft lips wrapping around my c0ck. And while she was blowing me, I was fingering her. Her vag felt pretty tight, not super tight because of all the black dudes she's been with. lol. But anyway, it was crazy, I literally felt warm, slippery flesh with my fingers. Then when we finally started facking, I commanded her around and I was consciously aware of it. I pounded that so hard. Then I woke up and I felt sad.

Haven't mastered it but I've had some pretty good ones.

I wanted to communicate with my subconscious mind in my dreams. I heard if you directly ask your subconscious questions in your dream, you can get answers. Though sometimes your mind will trick you or not respond.

I became lucid a few times but it never came to mind to talk to my subconscious. But then a couple months ago I became lucid, and I remembered about asking my mind questions.

I was in a room with an old TV in it, so I looked at the TV and asked it "What kind of person do I want to be?" And then all the dust on the TV started swirling around and created the answer "Pursuant."

I asked a couple other questions but the answers were either 1) Non-sense or 2) Extremely cryptic. I can't tell if the answers are meaningful or if they should just be dismissed. I have them written down but I'm not sure what to make of them.

    @joe,
"pursuant" in the legal sense or as a noun? did it get clarified by any of the later words?

I would interpret that dream as that you need to let go of worldly and fleshly desires and give more meaning to your life, as all the pleasures of the world will not truly satisfy you in the end.
Or that you are porn addict.
