I'm afraid it will get overlooked early, but then gain steam. I was surprised nobody else had mentioned it yet, but then I remembered it was a Wednesday release, and now it will compete with the (poorly reviewed) Man of Steal.
I'll probably go on Sunday or Monday... Not super excited about it, but I'm still expecting a couple of laughs.
Kevin Costner plays a serial killer with an imaginary partner. 7/10. It also has Dane Cook, who from a comedian standpoint I really dislike, but in this he plays a slimy guy really well. The character sort of suits him I suppose lol. I'd recommend it if you are into serial killer/crime dramas.
This is The End - 7.5/10 Enjoyable film despite the fact that I was in a shitty theater and the screen was fairly dark. Funniest movie I've seen in theaters since 21 Jump Street. Not as great as everyone has seemed to be saying, but still hilarious. Best line was "the **** you think this is, Scooby Doo?"

Agreed. I give it a 8/10. Full of funny scenes. I may be in the minority in this but am I the only one who thinks Jonah Hill sucked in this? I just found him unfunny for the most part, everyone else was great.
Event Horizon still ranks as one of the scariest, freakiest movies I've ever seen. I was not prepared the first time I watched it. Just figured it was your average sci-fi flick that had some good reviews behind it.
**semi-spoiler**
There are rumors that the infamous "captain's log" scene where they finally unscrambled the video was originally much longer and much more disturbing. The studio made them cut it way down. That uncut captain's log is sort of like the holy grail in the sci-fi community. Very few people have seen it and copies are scarce.
