LOL yah i try to stay away from the radio because they play the same songs way too much but i have d/l his cds and songs and alot of them are pretty good...depends on the style of music you like

Really? I love Akon's voice the guy gives me goosebumps with his songs...I can't explain why but he just does. Very original voice he has, I love it.

Just cuz someone's a legend doesn't mean you have to be a fan of theirs. You can't say that not liking him means you don't know hip hop. I mean hell Karl Malone, Isaiah Thomas and Reggie Miller were legendary basketbally players but i sure as hell wasn't fans of them. There's a difference between respecting someone's abilities and being a fan of theirs.

Very true. I'm not a huge Pac fan, but I love Biggie. Not sure why, just the delievery I suppose. Although Pacs lyrics are obviously better (to me), I'd prefer to listen to Big every time. Of course I like a couple Pac songs, but overall, he's just not a favourite.

Doesn't make him any less of a hiphop icon to me, and doesn't make me any less of a hiphop head (although I'm not - just trying to state a point).
