    Default The 50-40-90 club

    Let's keep this to people with at least 20 ppg

    Right now the only members are Curry and Durant. Does anyone else have a shot?

    To be fair, he has a higher fg%, 3pt% and FT% than Paul George

    Since the inception of the 3pt-line, it has only happened 10 times... So no, I don't think that anybody else has a shot. Durant and Curry are two of greatest shooters/scorers ever so they're the ones who are capable of such feat and as of right now they're shooting 50/40/90, let's see if they can end it that way though (while reaching league's minimums)... Durant has done it once before, Curry was very close in the previous regular-season and at the moment he's even scoring/shooting better than last year, right now - over the course of 15 games - averaging 32.7 PPG on 51.4/43.8/93.8 shooting spltis (even with more FG/3P/FT attempts per game than last year).

    I think the pinnacle for a scorer is 30 ppg on 50-40-90

    Both Curry and Durant have a shot this year

    That's an extremely rare mark, to say the least... Highest is Bird at 29.93...

    Dirk doesn't have a chance to get to 20 points, but right now he's at;

    18 ppg...on 54/53/89

    the longer the season goes, the more exhausted and worse dirk will finish.

    i expect a season like last year regarding his FG%. 16.7 ppg on 45/36/88. and i would be happy with that, if dirk minutest could be reduced to 25min. damn, against the thunder. he looked so tired, so exhausted, couldnt even jump 1cm while shooting. but carlise played him 34 minutes - again

    yea...28 minutes really needs to be his max, but we are so thin right now. Parsons getting off his minutes restriction should, in theory, allow Dirk to play a few minutes less per night.
