I have wondered if he has been giving Brown advice on how to relate to players....that would explain the idiotic benchings.

Yeah Kobe has been a great leader to the guys. Good to see him very involved with every time out. He's definitely a much different person than he was when we had Shaq. He's come a long way and has proven why he's the greatest player to ever play for the lakers.

A long time ago I never thought he'd be a good coach, moreso because he wanted Bynum gone for Kidd. It made me think he didn't recognize talent much. Now that the team improved with him putting a lot more than 2 cents into it, maybe he can coach one day.
