Any thread that has LeBron, Kobe or Jordan will be successful here. People have nothing to talking about but those 3. That's why the I.Q. of some posters here is very low.

No. 2011 killed that discussion, and Durant buried it.

6/24 also killed the Kobe TOP 10 discussion.
KD colluding also killed his chances. He can win 10 rings with the Warriors and still won't be ranked higher than LeBron. That's how sad it is.

Magic was 5-9 in 12 years in the Finals. More accomplished easily IMO than Lebron is after 15. Won in 87-88 with a geriatric KAJ and James Worthy. 2 more rings that your boy in less time, didn't join 4 different teams trying to chase a ring. While his finals are far from perfect like Jordan, he certainly deserves a seat at the Top 10 table.

Five always beats three. Same reason Kobe>Lebron.

Magic was fighting all time great teams like the 80's Celtics and the late 80's Pistons. 2018 lowly Pacers took Lebrick to 7 games. Think about that.
Magic, when he was the GOAT Lakers team in '87 beat 37, 42, and 39 win teams. That was a 39 win team that they went up against in the Conference Finals and it wasn't a shortened 66 game season.

LeBron > Magic and it's not even up for debate.

3 NBA champion (2012, 2013, 2016)
3 NBA Finals MVP (2012, 2013, 2016)
4 NBA Most Valuable Player (2009, 2010, 2012, 2013)
14 NBA All-Star (2005–2018)
3 NBA All-Star Game MVP (2006, 2008, 2018)
12 All-NBA First Team (2006, 2008–2018)
2 All-NBA Second Team (2005, 2007)
5 NBA All-Defensive First Team (2009–2013)
NBA All-Defensive Second Team (2014)
NBA Rookie of the Year (2004)
NBA scoring champion (2008)

5 > 3? I guess Hondo shits on Magic, Jordan, Kobe, Shaq, Duncan Bird, Hakeem, Kareem, etc..

So, what to you want to base arguments on? LeBron is a top 3 GOAT based on the eye test, accolades, stats, etc.. Literally everything.

True. Definitely an asterisk. No one in the history of the sport is beating a 73 win team on a 50 win team again. That's beyond some GOAT shit.
