We could use help in the backcourt. Get rid of Mckie and Jim Jackson. Bring in Rush and keep Profit. Much better.

He would have to come cheap. His last contract, I think he made $3M last year? Considering how he got dropped by the Bobcats, his market value has to be low. I hope we dont over pay him and make him prove he is worth more. That dude has such a pure looking shot... I just wish he could hit more like 45%-50%, then we would be golden!

I heard though there was some problems with him in charlotte.

I mean, don't you think he might do the same with us? or no because now we are considered a playoff team?

I'm all for having him back if he can play the way he did the year we had Malone and Payton.

His Defense also has to improve

He respects Phil to much to bring his promblems to the lakers. Now that I think of it if he was having promblems with the Bernie Bickerstaff it's probaly because he doesn't respect him because he hasn't won anything.

Jim Jackson is better than rush. I think he didn't get a chance because he was picked up so late, and when he got in he would jack up alot of shots to prove to phil he should be in the rotation they just weren't dropping for him. he is a proven scorer even in his older days with phoenix he is a solid shooter and a decent defender.

Well jackson is probably going to retire in 1 or 2 more seasons. Rush still has many seasons left in him.

We can keep both though, Jackson can play anywhere from the 1 to the 3

Agreed, which is why I want Rush to come cheap... we need to ADD depth to the team. If we can have both, it could benefit the team.
