How many games before this fraud completely misses the playoffs for the 3rd time?

Shaq completely missed the playoffs in 1995, 2004, 2007? Because that's what I asked. 1995 - lost in the Finals. 2004 lost in 5 games in the finals. 2007 lost in the 1st round.
