And Flacco has always been a bottom tier starting QB in the NFL for the most part.
I've seen some Allen tape, 56% is bad no matter how you try to slice it. Not only is he not an accurate QB, but his decision-making can be shaky, he also lacks touch and anticipation on his throws.
He is the biggest boom or bust prospect at the QB position in this draft, I'm not a big fan of project QBs because they usually bust.
