Default Curry has the easiest job in the NBA.

DOesnt have to defend his assignment, Klay and Dray does that. DOesn't have to worry about his team being down often, the bench mops the floor with most starting units. Doesn't have to make many Plays the offense and Draymond does it. Doesn't have to pay for poor shot selection his teammates cover his ass with big shots and stops. DOesn't have to worry when he gets injured in a game his team cuts down into the lead without him. His success has far more to do with what he's surrounded with than just his greatness. Put him on the rockets, clippers, and any other squad and he's a 3pt chucker with poor defense. Kerr;s system and the support players don't get nearly enough credit for the Warriors success.

You would have a point if Curry were taking easy shots created by his system. He isnt. The system is giving him bad looks....he just makes the shots.

He makes shots you arent supposed to take. He gets more out of the system than the system gives him. Hes the most "You can get that anytime...." shooter ever. He takes TERRIBLE shots for everyone but him and an on fire Durant.

You cant credit a system for creating shots history tells us are bad....because someone with unprecedented accuracy makes them.

You credit the guy making the shot.

No system ever set out to generate 30 foot pullup jumpers.

that's the whole point...his shot selection is poor and of no consequence. So he's more unconscious with it. No worries.

Curry takes a bad shot and misses it really doesn't matter. His team makes up for it on the other end routinely. He's sitting very comfy out out there.

His team barely looked capable with him in the locker room tonight for 7 minutes.

And don't they have 2 of their 5 losses with him out?

So they are like 2-2 without him, and 50-3 with him. Pretty big difference there.

I'll agree if his team wins the Finals, and in all of the series key players on the opposing teams were injured. And he was able to hit a lot of clutch shots on close games thanks to illegal screens.

Carried by the thick D.I.K. fam on defense and in the clutch.

kerr is making it a point that players with his expertise surrounded by hard nosed teammates can accumulate points faster than foul hungry swingmen.
