what country and nationality are we talking about?it would be interesting to see his shooting percentages and turnovers, its all very good scoring 33 points but if its on 11 out of 39 shooting maybe 3 out of 11 3s and 2 out of 6 free throws then its not a great indication, and as for assists if he has 3 but turned the ball over 6 times?so yeah stats look good but incomplete, not saying the guy did have the awful stats i have mentioned but it could be.

and probably not in the whole South America either. Oscar is one of my faves ever, with Sabonis, Petrovic, Magic and Sir Charles Barkley.

He is from the Philippines, and Mark Caguioa is the best individual performer in the Fiesta Conference after leading the Locals in scoring in the 2007-08 Season.
According to the recent rumors, Sydney Kings was really impressed with his performance, and they offered him a contract to play for their team, but unfortunately the NBL terminates the license of the King's after the club’s ownership failed to remedy outstanding player payments outlined in a default notice issued to the club.

Re: Name the best basketball players from each country
I think Mark Caguioa reminds me of 2008 NBA Draft prospect Lester Hudson, he was a great scorer back in College, but i do not think he will be a lottery pick in the draft after the Scouts measured him at 5-11
